School will provide a student rosters no later than two weeks before the shoot

School will distribute a digital PDF informational document to the parents prior to the shoot

School will have a teacher or parent available to help bring the children to have their photos taken

Viewing galleries will be provided to the school within 2 weeks of the shoot date

Bridget Jaffin Photography will provide digital files to the school for SCHOOL USE ONLY

Bridget Jaffin Photography will donate 10% of the profits on print and digital sales back to the school

Bridget Jaffin will deliver print orders to the school to be distributed to the parent

Students and staff names or images will never be used or distributed without direct permission from the parents
